The Bellwood Development, Aboyne, Aberdeenshire - The Rachel Rasmussen Trust Ltd.
This four acre site on the eastern edge of Aboyne has been developed by the Practices in house property company with 15 house plots.  An innovative marketing strategy was to sell the plots as serviced sites with an integrated architecture package so that clients could have a house of their dreams designed to their own specification.  This has proved extremely successful and we are now into our third phase of marketing.  MRA can work closely with clients to evaluate the potential of the site and thereby draw out the highest equity using careful design to achieve spectacular results.
