Cottages 1 and 2, DowniesVillage, Portlethen, Aberdeen - Mr C Lynden
The brief for this project requires the conversion of one cottage into a two bedroom property for let with the remaining cottage being extended and altered to exploit the magnificent cliff top sea views and to provide a family home with drawing room, kitchen, library and three bedrooms.  Currently under preparation a planning application is expected shortly.
